Hayley’s Day Spa (Madison's sisters grooming business) has become such a success that Madison wanted something to call her own! Introducing Madison’s Grooming Academy. A boutique school that goes back to the art of an apprenticeship program combined with classroom learning. Most schools for Dog grooming only offer on line learning. We believe that the experience of learning to groom all breeds in person from a dedicated Mentor is the way to truly learn to be an expert groomer. You will be guided every step of the way. Whether you take the 5 week full time or the weekend course you will finish with 2 certifications. One from the American Kennel Club and one from Penn Foster who we have partnered with to provide the online portion of the training.
While NYS does not currently require a license for dog grooming, we strongly believe these regulations are coming.
With that being said, we have created our curriculum using the most reliable standards available.
